Returning swimmers are encouraged to sign-up for the FAST Clinic which will be held September 13-16. Get a jump start on the upcoming season by working w/Neil on finishes, starts and turns. Read more about it here.

August 25, 2010 -
Tryouts for the upcoming season will take place at Park High School from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Stop by any time! Swimmers demonstrating the ability to swim 25-yards without stopping and who are safe in deep water are encouraged to join the team. New swimmers swim for free the week of September 20th. There are two swim clinics scheduled in Wisconsin. In Whitewater, distance great Kate Ziegler and Olympic Gold Medalist Matt Grevers will be conducting a clinic while in Howard distance legend Janet Evans will be running a clinic. USA Swimming along with the WI LSC will be introducing and discussing the new policies and best practice guidelines for athlete protection. Read more about it here. Feel free to attend this meeting to learn more how USA Swimming and the WI LSC is protecting our swimmers.

Congratulations to all SEAY family members past and present on their nomination for this year's “the best of racine county 07.”  The results were listed in a special pullout section of The Journal Times on Sunday, October 7. SEAY was voted the best non-school sports team for 2007!


South Eastern Aquatics YMCA is a parent-run, non-profit, tax-exempt organization chartered through the Racine Family YMCA and USA Swimming. SEAY provides competitive swimming opportunities for Southeastern Wisconsin area youth. SEAY swimmers are offered structured practices, stroke development/refinement, and an opportunity to compete on an individual and team basis in a positive swimming environment.
