What is Off-Season Training (OST)? SEA offers OST to our athletes who can't get enough of swimming and who desire to maintain their fitness levels in-between seasons. When we are between seasons and a pool is available, we will offer OST.

The next session of OST will be held Mondays-Thursday, August 6-30 at the JCAC.

Training for Bronze and Silver will be held 9:00-10:00 a.m. and training for Gold and Senior will be held 8:30-10:00 a.m.

Cost for August's OST is $75 for Bronze and Silver and $100 for Gold and Senior.  Email Neil to sign-up - south.eastern.aquatics@gmail.com.  Please forward payment during your first practice.
